"I'm just like everyone else. I know my job is making everyone else fit, but I have to schedule in my own sessions and when that gets a little tough I picture myself in my undies doing these reps or whatever and that's a motivator for me to think you're getting stronger... It sounds so silly, but taking your clothes off is where we want to feel most confident. The aim of the game is we want to be strong so that we can move for the rest of our life and prevent injury, but at the end of the day, feeling good in clothes and out of clothes is where it's at. That starts from liking and loving yourself and can be a good trick for motivation." -Stephanie Bruckner Leave a Reply. |
AuthorHi, I'm Jenna and I'm a sports fan! I've been avidly watching sports since 2011 because I found that by watching sports, I would be able to communicate with my dad and brother better. Ever since I got into sports, I've been able to enjoy myself more when I go to sporting events with my family. Archives
