Is this our final game before the World Series?! Will this be the actual moment for the Cubs?! Will we see Cubs vs. Indians?! Or... Will Kershaw save the day again? Will the announcers finally stop sweet talking the Cubs? Will the Dodgers prove that they were down but not out? We shall see tonight. Remember Game 2?We can only remember so much about Game 2 but we do remember that we saw the same pitchers at the same ballpark. Since you would have to go back four games to it, I found the hitting and pitching stats from that game to give a slight preview of this game. Chicago CubsAt this point in the series, the Cubs became a team that we could not recognize because the offense became *dare I say it* a bit stale. It could have been because Kershaw figured out the offense or himself in the postseason. There are many ideas as to why this happened but we do not know for sure and the Dodgers won the game. Los Angeles DodgersHendricks also did well against this team and made only one mistake that proved to be costly since the game was a complete pitcher's duel (bullpen included). The Dodgers did not look too hot either here but they were lucky to have little spurts of offense from González (of course!), Josh Reddick, and even Kershaw! Maybe they will figure out their woes tonight since they have been blown out in the past two games and have committed several errors. With the season on the line, they will have to play in an entirely different gear tonight and we are excited for whatever happens. Who do you want to win this game? Comment below!
I would love to hear from people about who they want in this game! Don't be shy! Leave a Reply. |
