Jamal Adams may be the best steal in the draft for the New York Jets after falling to No. 6. Very few safeties have even been picked in the top 5 in the past, so just Adams being at 6 is a big deal. He already has fans hopeful in New York, and it takes a lot to make one of the miserable fan bases that way. Here's some facts on the man who is can change things up in New York: Stats at LSU: Solo Tackles- Freshman: 38 Sophomore: 48 Junior: 42 Assisted Tackles- Freshman: 28 Sophomore: 19 Junior: 34 Interceptions- Sophomore: 4 Junior: 1 We hope that Adams is everything that Jets fans hope for and more!
Also on a more serious note, I do not condone or agree with his previous comments about being content with dying on the field because CTE is a serious issue that should not be seen that way. I still do support Adams as a player but do not support all players' views on certain topics. Leave a Reply. |
